@CHIdocumenters Sued for wrongful death, excessive force. Partner sued for failure to intervene. Both sued for failure to provide medical intervention. Shooting not captured on body cam, time after captured on multiple body cams. Teen died at hospital. Facts of case heavily contested.

@CHIdocumenters Ald Sposato: Did teen have gun or not? Ans: Don’t know. Guns found nearby, one in car, but don’t know if teen had one or pointed at cop. Ald: Was going to support, but now feel need more information on the gun situation. Another ald wanted clarification on whether teen ran.
