• Reviewed the Comprehensive District Design plan, which Interim Superintendent Rochelle Cox says is intended to be the beginning of an ongoing discussion at board meetings.

• Approved a contract with Axiom, which will provide online and in-person ACT prep support. The service will be offered to each high school, but schools can opt out. The contract authorizes the district to pay Axiom up to $150,000 (the total cost will be based on how many schools participate).

• Approved a settlement payment of $500,000 to the family of Deshaun Hill, the North High School student who was fatally shot walking home from school
